Farglory FTZ
Farglory Free Trade Zone is the one and only global air cargo operation center in Taiwan, including tax-free, customs clearance, storage and transportation services. The FTZ provides tailor-made warehouses with size, temperature, humidity and any other conditions customized based on client's requirement. In order to maintain stability while making the system flexible, IOT 627 becomes the key as an efficient, adaptable, smart solution. Our product bonds and integrates all equipment into one optimize chain. Operators can monitor and adjust the temperature and humidity of each independent warehouses simply via any mobile devices.

HKTV Mall
HKTV Mall is a television and online shopping network company. To optimize their storage and transportation service, they decided to upgrade the temperature monitoring system of their distribution center in 2019. Adaptability is one of our product's core advantages, it allows us to find a way to let IoT 627 co-exist with their facility and work together perfectly. It is our first oversea cooperation case, and we're very excited about another upcoming project with HKTV mall this year.

Z.Y. Food Company Jhao Cheng Egg Manufacturer
Z.Y. Food needs a new processing plant in Changhua in order to support their daily operation. They knew it would be a great challenge when it comes to cold chain management for such two-floor building covering almost 5000 square meters. World wide tech company Panasonic which we have been partnered with for years became the final contractor for this project, and they had to find the right puzzles from all the suppliers and built the best cold chain management solution for their clients. Stability and adaptability are the two most decisive reasons they chosed IoT 627 to be part of their solution package over other suppliers’ products, since it’s relatively simple for them to coordinate DforcePro monitoring system with every units from the package without any performance downgrade. On the other hand, IoT 627 improves the efficiency of the monitoring process for operators and managers through our application which is designed as user friendly. People can easily monitor, check data log or even call emergency dispatching from any device. The whole project is finalized in July, 2022. It's expected to raise production capacity according to the biz goals, meanwhile to save operational cost and energy waste for the company.

PX Mart Fresh Food Center
PX Mart is a supermarket chain based in Taiwan. By the end of 2021, PX Mart operates more than 1,000 stores across the island, making it the largest supermarket chain brand in Taiwan and the second largest retailer by revenue behind 7-Eleven. Back in 2018, PX Mart was planning to build up the biggest fresh food center in Taiwan. The fresh food center would be in charge of fresh food cleaning, processing and distribution for all of their supermarkets in northern Taiwan. Our long term business partner Panasonic was the head of the project due to their practical experiences and resources in cold chain construction. We have already accomplished several projects together with Panasonic prior to the PX Mart project, and Panasonic was highly impressed by how flexible IoT 627 could be and its stability from the former cooperation, making them believe Dforcepro's product would be the ideal solution for the new project. Because IoT 627 guarantees 24/7 temperature monitoring and controlling for the whole facility while achieving high level automation, it not only ensures the quality of their goods, but also lowers the impact of manpower shortage and energy waste, which can save hundreds of thousands annually on operation and managing for the company.
