1. Who and what circumstances should a business choose IoT 627?

Food shortage caused by climate change and urbanization is a serious issue and it won't disappear without actions. We choose to make effort at our position, trying to make our world a better place.

2. Could IoT 627 be a pure monitoring device?

Yes. It is possible to connect PT-1000 temperature sensors to your freezer for pure monitoring. Together with IoT 627, business owners could easily monitor temperature on the App.

3. Are there any internet requirements for installing IoT 627?

All you need is a regular WAN internet connection with Wifi at your facility.

4. Is bluetooth available on the controller (IoT 627)?

Unfortunately no. We don't have any bluetooth connectivity on IoT 627. However, there is a Wifi connection for remote monitoring or controlling purposes.

5. Are there requirements for brands and numbers of freezer or fridge?

Most brands on the market will work with IoT 627 with no maximum quality; however, any instant freezer won't be able to be implemented with our controller. Temperature sensor types and wiring would be the key conditions to install IoT 627. Please email or call us for more information on this in order to make installation easier.

6. Does a freezer or fridge require one IoT 627 on each machine?

Without wiring difficulties, you could install one IoT 627 for multiple freezers or fridges if there is only temperature monitoring. But if there is a need for controlling the freezers/fridges, one equipment needs one IoT 627 controller.

7. Is the temperature sensor wireless on IoT 627?

All sensors and connectors need wired connections for stability reasons. The only wireless connection on the controller (IoT 627) is the Wifi to connect to the internet.

8. How do users monitor and control remotely?

We have an App and will provide a user account to login the server. The application will give alerts as well as monitoring/controlling interfaces. If there is a need for a PC (Windows) application, we could provide that also.
